Our Hot Yoga and other Yoga classes
Our Hot Yoga studio is heated with (non-glow) infra-red heaters that can maintain an excess of 40C. This type of heat is actually light (like the sun) rather than gas or electric or fan heaters, warming your body as opposed to the air it promotes a feeling of well-being and is often used in the treatment of Seasonal Affective Disorder.
We have a choice of classes to suit your needs including Bikram style 40C classes, 25-30C flow classes and kids, family and teen classes. – link to yoga page with full descriptions.
All classes are taught in small groups of up to 10 students.
THERAPIES AND WORKSHOPS
We have a wide range of alternative therapies, Wing Chun classes and daily meditation and workshops, all of which can be booked online. We also have a nutritional demonstration kitchen where you can learn to cook healthy food. We have a resident Doula and a twice-monthly Art of Happiness Club as well as daily meditation.
